Cleanliness, helpful staff, good location, beautiful view. The apartment was clean and cosy, and the staff, particularly Ana, were very helpful. The location was great for exploring the beautiful nature in the area, especially the Plitvice Lakes. The view from the balcony on the top floor was exceptionally beautiful.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hostess was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing homemade goodies and going above and beyond to meet our needs. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from Plitvice Lakes National Park. The property was in a safe residential area, allowing our children to freely enjoy biking and scootering. The rooms were excellent, and the entire building was impeccably clean. it was an outstanding experience staying at Apartments Tratincica.
No negatives from this place.

So, I was on a business trip and I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights. The location was very convenient, as it was close to a lot of restaurants and shops. , the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Their hospitality was noteworthy, and I really appreciated that. The room was cozy and had very good Wi-Fi connection, which was essential for my work. the bed and bathroom were both clean and comfortable.
Although the hotel had its advantages, there were a few negative aspects that I couldn't ignore. the room had no air conditioning or a fan, which made it hard to sleep during the hot summer nights.

The breathtaking view from the balcony on the top floor made our Christmas stay even more magical. the garden was also beautiful and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from the lakes, and we appreciated the convenient parking spots.
